Dr Samu Akaeze (Ph.D) who is our Founder/CEO, is a Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and he is Registered by the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He has acquired decades of professional experience as an Estate Surveyor & Valuer in Nigeria since 1984, with vast practical experiences in Valuation, property managemant, property agency, property development projects, Compensation Assessment, Rating Valuation, Property financing, advisory services, etc.
